McAfee Anti-Virus is available for FREE complimentary of The Evergreen State College. McAfee is a anti-virus program that helps ResNet users from catching and spreading virus through the network.

You have to be plugged into ResNet through a Ethernet Cable to access this download, as of this time.

Click on the Start Menu > Run and when the Run window opens, type "\\eme1009\mcafee" and press enter. After pressing enter, you will be prompted with a username and password dialogue. The username that must be entered consists of your evergreen account name. Type in the username "AC_COMPUTING\username" with username replaced by your evergreen username, your password is the same as the password you use to log into your evergreen email or my.evergreen.edu.

This will open a drive in your My Computer window where the McAfee Anti-Virus install is available.

Once this drive is available, open it and run Setup.exe and follow the instructions (you may be prompted for a username and password again, this will require the same information as listed above).
